Terms of Service
These terms set out the framework under which organisations and individual users access Jadiroon. By using the platform you accept these terms and undertake to comply with them under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Definitions
- Platform: the Jadiroon talent management platform, including the website, app interfaces, and associated cloud services.
- Organisation: the legal entity that creates a workspace and is permitted to organise its employees’ and candidates’ data.
- User: the individual authorised to access the organisation’s workspace (HR Admin, Line Manager, or Employee).
Acceptance of terms
Creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or submitting a job application via the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and of the associated Privacy Policy.
Subscription and payment
- The platform is offered on annual or monthly subscriptions, priced in Saudi Riyals (SAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Invoices are issued by Jadiroon in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requirements.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; consumed portions of an active period are not refundable.
Responsibilities
The organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, the lawful basis for collecting and processing its employees’ and candidates’ data, and the management of access permissions within the workspace. Jadiroon is responsible for the continuity and security of the platform under the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Artificial intelligence
The platform uses AI models for specific language tasks documented on the AI transparency page. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by humans before any hiring or promotion decision. No final decision producing legal effect on an individual is made without human review.
Data residency
All data is processed and stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to the software, the logo, the pre-built skill taxonomy, and the editorial content are reserved by Jadiroon. The licence granted to the organisation is a non-exclusive, non-transferable usage licence.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship under the subscription agreement. Upon termination, the organisation has 30 days to export its data, after which it is permanently deleted from the platform.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
